Muraho Technology Promoting Equal Opportunity for Rwandan Women in Tech BPO Services.

Muraho Tech believes in the power of women in technology and has based their business model and mission statement around this belief. We are aiming to create 1000 jobs for women in the IT sector in Rwanda. We offer a Tech BPO ecosystem, where we train candidates in basic and advanced IT services like coding, and software testing, then create work opportunities for the graduates of these programs. With out programs’ graduates, Muraho Tech has serviced numerous clients from Canada, USA and Europe. All software testers on these projects have been Rwandan women. Before Muraho Tech, Quality Assurance as a business was not an existent industry in Rwanda; we strive to continue to put Rwanda on the radar for clients who are looking to outsource Quality Assurance services.
