The Team Leader Agribusiness-will serve as a senior technical and policy advisor for Muhondo Organic Farming Center value chain development programs and projects to help manage over the budget worth of ongoing agricultural activities that seek to raise incomes, create jobs, and improve the capacity of the Founder of MOFC. The incumbent has to possess significant expertise in agriculture development and/or agriculture economics with substantial management experience in organic agriculture policy formulation, credit, agribusiness value chain development, agriculture production and process financing, agriculture association and cooperative development, and/or agriculture trade and marketing. The incumbent should be able to provide technical advice and leadership in the conceptualization, development, design, administration, and monitoring of MOFC development portfolio and represent MOFC at highest-level-interagency meetings.
