Gimono Suzan, Founder and CEO, brings 9 years of fintech executive experience across Uganda, Kenya and Rwanda with direct operational partnerships at M-Pesa, Airtel, MTN, Stanbic Bank and KCB. The pre-seed raise funds three critical hires: a Community Operations Lead to run Trust Hubs and own group onboarding in Nairobi, a Senior Engineer to build and own the technical platform, and a Compliance Advisor to navigate PSP licensing in Kenya and Uganda. The founding team is intentionally lean — a commercial founder with deep market knowledge, supported by a funded hiring plan targeting the exact skills needed to launch. Every hire is budgeted, sequenced, and tied directly to a product or market milestone.
