We develop bioproducts using waste and using fungus.
The production of fungus allows the revalorization of agro-industrial waste. This is what we identified after working during the last year in the production of edible fungus.
To produce we mainly use cane bagasse, which is produced in large quantities and is discarded 98% mainly by burning it.
The potential we believe is in the fungus’s ability to transform waste for different uses, such as: packaging, decoration, food, clothing and others.
