Manq´a Sostenible Gastronomic schools for young people in poverty

Since 2017, Manq’a develops social business plans in Bolivia to ensure the sustainability of the project and the institution. They also strengthen the impact we have on society, providing job opportunities for young people trained in Manq’a schools, and promoting a healthy, responsible and local-identity food alternative.
