We connect citizens with experts and champions to exchange knowledge and collaborate, and we implement solutions within communities for building low carbon and more resilient cities. Through citizen empowerment, communication and mobilization, Low Carbon City’s goal is to shifting behaviors that allow each community, company and organization to take personal actions, and also build their own Low Carbon solutions.
