The Living HOME venture is brought forward by Dirk Oosthuizen who was trained as a structural engineer and studied towards an Architectural Degree. With a vast experience in the building industry, with sound financial knowledge, he wast the instigator and designer of both the new Building Technology, as well as the design of all of the proposed units.

Dirk has been assisted throughout this whole process by 2 technicians, both of whom understand the Building System well, and both of whom will have shares in the Living HOME.
