Lidera StartUp In 2018 we identified weaknesses for continuity and competitiveness (vulnerability) in orgs. MyPEs, etc; We created YANAPAKU, a methodological program for the training and accreditation of Strategic Leaders that seeks to diagnose, develop and implement strategic actions for identified vulnerable organizations, generating changes in parallel to the training process; Understanding the need for professional development, participants go through 4 stages: awareness, training, application and accreditation; the program is given 4 times a year, impacting several districts; The program has a cost, however 50% of participants are self-financed; the rest, of vulnerable populations and high need to generate impact in their areas, we subsidize their participation; We have a goal of reaching +1000 advisers +700 orgs. integrating the community and strategic allies in the process, improving the methodology by expanding using ICTs and scaling up in more regions.
