What Kiyix does is basically to provide a platform where job seekers can take virtual interviews.

The candidates that have the right attributes that any of the clients in our data base is seeking for, is paired with the client.

The business owner does the second phase of the interview with the narrowed list of ideal candidates.

Kiyix then does background check on the candidates and onboarding documentation, training/ orientation since most of the business owners that use Kiyix do not have a HR department.

The employer pays Kiyix a percentage of the candidate gross annual salary once the candidate is selected while the candidate pays Kiyix a certain percentage of their first month salary.
