We are structured into two main poles: Strategic Management: Focused on operational scaling, supply chain logistics, and business development in Kinshasa. Technical Production: Led by our CTO, ensuring best-in-class livestock health, biosecurity, and optimized animal feed production through our internal milling unit. This combined expertise allows us to maintain a full circular economy model, controlling quality from the 4-hectare farm to the final retail point.
