JVN Agro Integrated circular poultry farming with internal feed in Kinshasa

In Kinshasa, demand for animal protein is growing steadily, but the market is heavily dependent on imports and suffering from rising feed costs. Our solution is a modern poultry farming project based on vertical integration and the circular economy. To guarantee our strategic autonomy and maximize profitability, we produce our own feed in-house and adopt a “zero chemical input” approach. Thanks to total control of our supply chain, we are drastically reducing operating costs, enabling us to secure a target gross margin of 45%. We are seeking a seed investment of $75,000 USD to finance the deployment of our infrastructure and the launch of the first waves of poultry farming. This is a high-speed project: in just over a year of intense activity, the company will generate sales equivalent to the initial investment.
