Equipo Our company has a team of 6 members with complementary expertise in agribusiness, operations, procurement and logistics, finance, marketing, and farmer engagement. The founder leads the business strategy, partnerships, and supply chain development. The team includes an Operations Officer, a Farmer Relations Officer, a Marketing and Sales Officer, a Finance and Administration Officer, and a Field Assistant supporting production and quality control activities. In addition to the core team, we engage seasonal workers during harvesting and post-harvest periods based on operational needs. This lean and dedicated team enables us to efficiently manage our avocado value chain while supporting smallholder farmers and pursuing sustainable business growth.
