Jinni services is a limited liability company (LLC) that provides integrated facilities management services in Cairo and its eastern and western suburbs. It was established in December of 2016 and it has since served 6,000 residential customers and signed 30 commercial contracts.
We have also created a mobile application in order to ease the process and enhance the user experience for the residential customers where they can schedule their appointment. The cleaners have their application as well where they can input their availability and accept jobs at their own convenience therefore digitalizing the entire process between the cleaners and the users.
Jinni’s main management is split between three people, Mostafa, the CEO who is responsible for the daily operations and Alaa, she is the quality assurance manager whose purpose is to always maintain the best quality provided by Jinni to its customers and Donia, who is responsible for innovation and business development.
