Health-E-Net has developed novel solutions to generate health data in low-resource settings (eg. data capture from paper using mobile computer vision, SMS interfaces for remote patient management). These data are used to support diverse healthcare services including quality improvement (eg. improved antibiotic prescribing), referral management (eg. supporting movement of women with complications in pregnancy), linkage to testing and treatment (eg. screening for TB and covid symptoms in small pharmacies and linkage to testing labs) and remote primary care services (eg. tele-consultations for micro-insurance members). Having demonstrated diverse use cases of our technology with both grant-based programs and commercial clients Health-E-Net is poised for scale.PaperEMR addresses the following needs in Makueni: 1, 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3, 4.4.
