i make chocolate from bean to bar. hand crafted chocolate made from single origin cocoa. my company name is Hannie chocolate located in Uganda.Hannie chocolate is a bean to bar artisan chocolate manufacturing company in Uganda. we processes cocoa beans into chocolate products with the aim of forming a fair and sustainable cocoa and chocolate value chain with farmers living on the slopes of Mount Rwenzori, the highest mountain in Uganda with glaciers and a
unique agro-ecological area with organic fertile soils, that gives the chocolate an exquisite natural flavour. We use 100% traceable cocoa for our chocolate from selected farmers who practice good farming techniques in harmony with nature. with the effect of climate chnage that has resulted into the reduction of glacier on mount Rwenzori,Hannie chocolate is planning to intercrop cocoa ground around the mountain with trees to mitigate the climate change.
