Our team is uniquely qualified to solve this problem because we’re a bunch of hard workers with diversified backgrounds that share the same vision and believe in the same mission. Our co-founders Ayhem the 20 years old entrepreneur with various experience in development, event management and logistics and Mohamed Aziz Najjar the senior data scientist and functional manager who had seven years of experience back then, met in January 2020. They planned a meeting as they figured out that they shared the vision of the next effective recruitment model and were both eager to work on the recruitment problem. Thus, they started building a team. First, Chedi Achouri, a talented developer with 8 years of experience in developemt and entrepreneurship as the co-founder of Chantier.tn, joined as CTO of HackUp.
