Past, current and future crises will feed most of the population, we must adapt and switch to food systems that do not affect soil, biodiversity, traditions, food and ancestral seeds in a sovereign and resilient way. This is why we are seeking food sovereignty through the « milpas » (corn, bean and pumpkin) agroecological system that is the main source of food for Mexicans, being a symbol, pride and sustenance of our culture. To carry it out, we train teachers, they replicate with demonstrative milpas in schools that function as germplasm, accompanied by the experiences of a peasant to finally replicate the students in their houses having a « milpa at home » integrating their family to function as a « bonus against hunger » satisfying 15% of the food of a family in 1 year in an adequate, healthy and respectful way.
