It is evident that the model of industrial farms reveals that it is impossible to produce in mass nutritious food, with cleanliness, animal welfare and without contaminating the planet. In Milpa Criolla we are part of a revolution against the current food industry. Our solution is to return to origenese by producing backyard chickens in marginalized communities. We provide our production facilities, newborn chicks, food, training, supervision and daily counseling. In return they provide us with a space of their backyard and the corresponding care. At the end of the cycle of fattening they are paid a fair price for live chicken.
