Bamboo Resource Centre is a Kenyan Social Enterprise owned by Grace Hour Enterprises. It works to help mitigate climate change, conserve local environment, protect local bio-diversity, enable sustainable livelihoods and foster environmental enterprenuership in the Lake Victoria Basin in Kenya. Its projects/products support the growing of bamboo plant, the good stewardship of its eco-systems, making commercial products out of it and other bio-products within its eco-system and the marketing of the same.
We adopt a Business-to-business mentorship model so that we can transfer knowledge, skills, technologies and financial services to our clients as fellow enterprenuers. This way, we help tackle local poverty by enabling trade instead of aid to local households.
By partnering with us, you will be helping to mentor a local household to trade, conserve local environment, mitigate climate change and protect local bio-diversity. Your support will help build the dignity of a household
