Good Earth – Organic Food Cooperative Sustainable production, distribution & consumption of local food

We are the first consumer cooperative in the country that offers locally produced seasonal organic food as a weekly service to our members. As a member you can pick up your basket of food every week, making it easy for you to consume quality food produced in a sustainable way. We invite you to join us on our regular producer visits, so that you may interact with producers and see exactly how the food you eat was grown. As a producer, you will be guaranteed purchase and fair price for your products, enabling you the financial freedom to switch to organic practices. As retailers, the food-as-a-service concept allows us to do better planning and function as a zero-waste store. Finally, we offer quality organic food and education on sustainable food production and consumption practices to the entire community, so that there may be good food for all. This model of a food cooperative offers equity for all stakeholders and is applicable both locally and globally.
