Team
The team consists of 8 person: 2 founders – authors of the idea, 5 developers, and 1 assistant manager. At the moment, only the founders are working full-time. The company is growing rapidly, so we feel an urgent need to expand the staff of developers, transfer existing ones to full-time, hire sellers, a designer, an accountant and a lawyer to outsource. the shortage of staff is the most acute problem, but there is no way to close it without external funding. We cannot cope with processing the flow of incoming clients with our available forces.
