GIE Diallo TIAMA From the field to the value range of the farm products

It is a family farm in the area of 1 hectare located in the region of Thiès, which specialises in poultry farming and more particularly in the rearing of laying hens, the sale of eggs, fruit (lemons, papaya, mangoes, grapefruit) and vegetables (eggplants, onions …). The innovation on the farm is the transformation of the products and their sale in the open shop located in Dakar at the Sicap Baobab. We sell cooked or ready-to-cook dishes as well as fresh fruit and fruit juices from citrus fruits, as well as any other products recovered from the fields in the surrounding area which allows us to increase added value.
