Team The project is led by three young entrepreneurs with a passion for local innovation, African cuisine and social entrepreneurship: 1. Arouna Badolo Founder and Sales Manager Trained in communications, digital marketing and sales management, he is responsible for the project’s development strategy, customer relations and visibility. 2. Wilfried Ouédraogo Production and logistics manager Experienced in catering, he manages daily operations, the supply chain, food quality and hygiene. 3. Pierre Nignan Administrative and Financial Manager Responsible for budget management, procurement, cost monitoring and the implementation of a profitable business model.
