There is limited access to comprehensive digital healthcare across a patient’s continuum of care. We provide enterprise and patient-centered consumer software for digital health applications and research. There are several companies, attempting to use mobile technology to improve healthcare delivery. However, these are disease-specific, targeting only one small point in a patient’s healthcare journey, information lies scattered across different health platforms. Our solution is disease agnostic and integrated with a patient’s lifestyle and healthcare continuum. We have launched our software in Ghana and the Gambia and currently have 426 patients, 134 health providers, and 2 hospitals.
