Multidisciplinary team of young professionals, passionate about mushrooms, environmental and social impact. The project was funded by Francisco Hernández and Paola Cortés, specialist in Forest Ecology and Mycology respectively. Willy Medina joined latter to this project. He is a food engineer and has experience in community work with NGOs like All Hands and Hearts. We believe in the positive impact mushrooms can have over our health, environment and community.
