Fresh.Land is committed to being a diverse and inclusive workplace. We have 50 team members from 14 different nationalities and our leadership team consists of an equal proportion of men and women, and our CEO is a female. Our recent team barometers show a team that is thriving, regardless of nationality, age and gender. The majority of the team is based in Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark and with outsourced teams based in Portugal.
