With over 13 years of experience in the waste management sector in Sierra Leone, the CEO of FWT, Madam Aminata Dumbuya, has had first-hand insight into the challenges and opportunities within the sector and continues to look for innovative ways to circularize waste management to create sustainable impact for the communities it operates. Our CEO pioneered setting up and rolling out one of the first commercially viable waste collection companies in Sierra Leone, where she demonstrated the viability of a private sector approach to sustainable commercial waste collection.
