Mission statement
Frecha Milling Group mission is to be a premier Organization committed to empower communities in Tanzania to transform their life socially, economically while conducting its business operations. This is done through engaging small scale farmers in agriculture value chains, processing and value addition to different crops.

The objects among others for which the organization is established are:-
(a) To carry out the business of crop production, storage, processing and marketing.
(b) To prepare, preserve, process, cure, blend, grade, pack, refine, treat, manufacture and render marketable any such produce either in its prepared, manufactured, raw, or other state and either import or export by wholesale or retail.
(c) To be stockiest of all kinds of agricultural inputs but not limited to seeds, fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, insecticides an
