Fink Telecom Services GmbH is operating a backbone across Europe and Africa. It serves internet providers, telecommunications companies and corporations with bandwidth across the continents.

Its Teralink project is now set out out lay a new 5700km of fiber optic cable between Dakar and Lagos to interconnect 10 countries and permit high speed connectivity in a region which has one of the lowest internet penetrations today and in fact one of the highest internet prices. Teralink brings redundancy, lower prices and broader availability to Senegal, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Cote D’Ivoire, Ghana, Togo, Bening and Nigeria.
