Team
Findero’s team is a highly select group of engineers, data analysts and social scientists. Its members’ common denominator is a high level of emotional and practical intelligence to solve a variety of problems. Recruiting is the company’s most important process and is based on tests (vs. interviews only) carefully designed for each position. All interviews are conducted by more than one person to contrast candidate’s impressions.
Each team member has a passion for teaching and developing other team members, regardless of rank or level of education. The management team has 20 years of combined experience in energy issues, working for entities such as the World Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank, technology companies and Findero itself. Additionally, they have experience in solution design and marketing in other areas, as well as in technology development and implementation.
