Eziban.com is a web-based and mobile app food delivery service based in Ghana but with ambitions to expand into West Africa. We make it easy for anyone to order food and have it delivered to their doorstep. We are quite different from our competitors in the sense that our channels are not limited to web and mobile app; customers are also able to leave voice and chat messages or request a call-back which makes it very easy for our customers to order with us. Some of our orders also come via a live chat system. Our key differentiator is our focus on customer service as against overly automating our process. With this philosophy and methodology, we have been well-patronized in every locality we have moved into.
