The Board Chair is a sustainable business and communications expert, and the Treasurer is a program leader with USAID. Other Board members include Carol Warui, a PR expert, and Tabitha Saoyo, an advocate of the high court. the Executive Director is an Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine and serves as the Secretary to the Board. Emily and Lilian Waihuini are astute stakeholder relationship builders with a singular reputation for cultivating sustainable relations with project partners and stakeholders and run our programs department. Celestine, our Operations and Procurement Manager, efficiently keeps the office running, ensuring all our projects across the country are running smoothly. We also have a dedicated team of 18 emergency care consultants who bring an informed perspective to strengthening emergency care in Kenya. EMKF has benefitted enormously by having a talented, almost all-female team.
