My co-founders, Ayezele Mboto, Nella Andem-Ewa, and I have created a system to ease doing business in Africa. We started by providing a marketing service for businesses before launching Incorporate.ng in Nigeria. Most of the existing systems serve as networks connecting customers to professionals. Incorporate.ng aims to provide an all-in-one platform providing business registration, obtaining government licenses, approvals, and legal documentation. Customers can also escrow payments, guaranteeing the safety of their funds. By targeting local SMEs who are sometimes prone to exploitation and scams when pursuing their legal and compliance needs to foreign businesses who seek to invest in Africa, Incorporate has enormous potential.
