EcoGen has 5 young people working tirelessly to take this dream to reality, responsible for making day to day plans and implementations of different programs of the company. The team includes: Clement Kandodo, Beatrice Karen Wonondo, Phillip Bonongwe, Mphatso Gama, Lameck Tembo and Christy Songola.
The team is deeply committed to social change and has extensive professional experience in the following fields: business management and development, agriculture, communications and marketing, finance, engineering, renewable energy technologies, social entrepreneurship, and rural community development.
EcoGen also has 4 Board of Advisors who have vast experience running businesses for social, economic and environment benefits in Malawi.
