ECEFF Energy and Carbon Efficiency

We have already completed a research study on cassava ethanol as a potential clean cooking fuel alternative. Cassava ethanol offers a better replacement for dirty cooking fuels like; wood fuel and charcoal compared to other clean cooking fuels. We demonstrate this by comparing the rising prices of LPG and electricity to a cheap large scale production of cassava ethanol.
We have newly modified ethanol cookstove design, we now seek funds to produce these improved ethanol cookstove for local use, since those available on the market does not suit the dough-like staple food preparation for most Ghanaians and Africa at large.
