Carlos Oba
Co-founder of Dots for Inc.
He has been involved in new business development and management in various countries, including Africa, at Amazon, WASSHA, and Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST). At Amazon, he contributed to top-line improvement and productivity improvement. In his first year in Thailand and Indonesia, C Channel turned a profit in multiple months. He has also worked for two years as a new business manager at WASSHA, where he led the launch of a motorcycle cab hire service. He has an MBA from Univ. of California, San Diego, and is an active backpacker who has traveled to nearly 100 countries.

As a student, he studied development economics and macroeconomics. He is particularly interested in the theory of economic growth. He joined WASSHA, an African market start-up, with the aim of creating a business structure where economic growth and income inequality are compatible.Af
