This company has one principle founder (myself). I am a 3 time business graduate with my bachelors in Business & Management, a certificate in International Business, Finance & Banking, as well as a masters of science degree in Entrepreneurship & Innovation. As a start-up cost efficiency is usually a main priority. In this way, Digitech Oasis typically outsourced employees based on projects. For example, I am able to develop websites & apps though in the case of multiple projects; coders and developers were outsourced. Some local (Kenya) others in India/Pakistan, and Europe. It is time now for scalability, this involves having more members on our team hence the need for support from this program. Aside from the tech skills (python, java script, C++ etc.) the team also possesses problem solving, critical thinking, business acumen & communication skills.
