Dharana Movement We are a movement that seeks to spread inner peace and acceptance

Dharana Movement is a social enterprise founded and run by women. We create products focused on yoga and meditation, crafted by hand by women who were deprived of their freedom and now find themselves on the way to their social reinsertion.

Our motivation is to create practices worthy of reinsertion that help transform the lives of women who were in prison and are now on the lookout for a second chance in life. For this reason, we create a methodology in which women who work with us receive both technical and socio-emotional trainings. The four pillars with which our methodology counts are: • Hard Skills • Soft Skills • Human Training • Mental Health We are building a network of companies that are open to hiring this population once they have gone through our methodology.
