Our startup, Manioc Innov Congo, is an agri-food initiative aimed at transforming the local cassava crop into a diverse range of high value-added by-products. We focus on the production of gluten-free bread flour, ready-to-use pre-cooked foufou, fermented cassava paste, nutritious chips and snacks, as well as starch for industrial use. Our aim is to modernize the cassava sector in the Republic of Congo by reducing post-harvest losses, promoting local know-how and offering urban and rural consumers practical, safe and affordable products.
