Team Our team to run the Manioc Innov Congo project (1 hectare + processing): Field team (agricultural production) 1. Farm manager Supervises farming activities, planning, monitoring yields. 2. Farm workers (2 to 3 people) Soil preparation, planting, maintenance (weeding, treatment), harvesting. Processing and production team 1. Production / processing manager Supervises machines, ensures compliance with quality and food safety standards. 2. Processing operators (2 to 4 people, depending on volume) Responsible for processing cassava (shelling, washing, grating, drying, packaging). Support team (small structure to start with) 1. Sales manager Seeks out customers, negotiates contracts, manages local and regional distribution. 2. Accountant / administrator (may be external at first)
