It is a mobile application, which offers a tool to citizens, which allows to manage the attention to the client of public services, where it can report irregular situations, suggest advice or information to other users, request the provision of a service and to report in real time breakdowns or incidents in the different communities of the country, concerning the public services of infrastructure such as: water, electricity and urban toilet, either through the app or by sms (text message).
