Currently a 1 person team with the founder working full-time on the business and receiving assistance from part-time members on an ad-hoc basis i.e. when we need more guides to assist on the tours with large groups.
Founder does everything at the moment (marketing, operations, book-keeping etc.) while looking for opportunities to grow the business.
