We are a small company with 9 people in the catering sector. We are convinced that we are passionate about our profession and that we carry out our profession professionally and thus have our dignity in what we do. We have the mission to valorise, protect and promote the culinary heritage Malagasy, and have the ambition to produce as much as possible our raw materials, to maintain the authentic quality and taste of the products, to work with the local producers, Our next challenge is to expand our knowledge by learning with the holders of the memories of the culinary art in the other regions, in the communities and associations of women, and to make known these know-how in our restaurant, to enhance these products and dishes so that these products become a Tourist destination for the site.
