Canji Project is the developer and financiers of a FlagHouse in the Abuja Technology Village. The FlagHouse, designed by a top US architectural firm, Ehrlich Architects, and has insulated glass that shields the building from emitting high temperatures into the buildings inner space, Constant electricity Supply backed up by clean alternative power supply source, LED Lightings, Data Centre, Hanging Ceiling, Large open space for multinationals, Modern Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning system (HVAC), amongst others. This building is a Green Building and qualifies for carbon credit and green financing.
It is a super hub, an innovation space that endeavors to inspire and support technology infrastructure. To create networks and opportunities around technology-based entrepreneurship to empower the youth to combat unemployment, to attract foreign direct investors and to create a live, work and play workspace that contributes to technology development in Nigeria.
