BluCart is an early bird in Egypt that specialized in seafood processing with a registered brand of SeaChef®. We work exclusively with local farmers, fisheries and vendors to source the best domestic fish and ingredients to be processed in our plant and to be supplied to retail, restaurants and hospitality businesses. In turn, these businesses can take pride in serving customers with value-added seafood products that comes directly from wild fisheries and local fish farms.
Our mission is to produce premium white portfolio of chilled/frozen ready-to-cook value-added products through a micro sustainable supply chain, particularly with our core values of consistency, sustainability, and exceptional.
