BLACKSPEN so far has five team members with three founders. Three out of the five have programming and design skills. Other non technical team members are experts in their field mostly the field of marketing. We currently have our team members contributing to the team success across Africa: from Ghana to Kenya and Rwanda.
The idea of BLACKSPEN began back in university when our CEO was challenged by his peers that the problem in Africa cannot be rectified by anyone. But he held the opinion that revolution comes through a single soul who is determined to achieve success. From that time he sought for means in which he could help Africa out of their current crisis. Then came the idea of community story telling focusing on shining light on our history and culture. He believes Africa will do better the more we know ourselves.
