
Excessive consumption of meat saturated in fat increases the risk of developing diabetes,
hemorrhoid and cardiovascular disease (CVD) which are the leading cause of death in the world and responsible for 17% mortality in Togo. And yet all of these people have need protein intake to ensure good functioning of the organism.
Being a young shoot, we we thought of producing meat (protein) from cereals (starting with wheat) for not only meet the nutritional and taste needs of our customer segment at an affordable price. This is also our way of helping to protect the environment!
