BBQ & Broth Chicken is a Nairobi-based chicken-led food venture built around marinated, fire-grilled and broth-basted chicken.

The business focuses on flavour-forward chicken products prepared through brining, marination and signature broth basting, giving customers deeper flavour, juicier meat and a more distinctive alternative to ordinary grilled chicken. The initial product range includes whole and half capon chicken, marinated chicken for home grilling, ready-to-eat grilled chicken, basting sauces and future extensions such as kienyeji chicken, gizzards, salads, plantains and broth-based meal concepts.

We are starting lean through controlled preorder batches, direct customer sales, founder-community marketing and small catering/event opportunities. This allows us to test demand, refine flavours, manage food costs and build repeat customers before scaling into a larger chicken brand.
