We make banana jam from these rich nutrition fruit. This solution makes it easy to store and transport banana without going bad. This solution preserves banana for all Kenyans to use in bread. As for me and my close friends we snack in banana jam. Without adding any sugar, this snack is good for diabetics and it controls bone strength and blood pressure. Our solution has impacted women in rural western Kenya by giving them steady income and better value for their banana produce. We have reduced after harvest waste to zero where we are active.
