Ambrosia is a manufacturing company of fermented dairy products, directed by the Family Manera by Leyda Pérez and Javier Rivero; established in Merida Venezuela, in their farm located in the sector of La Joya, where they promote the Livestock Biodynamics of Free Grazing and the breeding of ancient vaccines, with 4 years in the meridene market, with active participation of the AC Hand to Hand Agroecological Exchange *, we participate in the *Movement of gluten-free producers * of Venezuela. Ambrosia has proposed the challenge of restoring the destructive relationship of dairy products to the immune system of the human being. Maintaining that it is due to the industrialized management of dairy farming and the treatment of milk and its sub-products, for the only benefit and commercial interest, generating multiple physical and environmental health problems, without any awareness of its causes and effects.
